Due to an increase in false orders, we are currently accepting returns and refunds only for products that are damaged upon arrival. To qualify for a return or refund, you must provide a proper unboxing video as evidence of the damage.
Please note that we are not accepting returns, refunds, or exchanges for issues related to size or any other reason apart from damage.
We strongly encourage you to read the product description and consult the size chart carefully before placing your order.

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund or an exchange. Please see below for more information on our return policy.
RETURNS
All returns must be postmarked within seven (7) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.
RETURN PROCESS

REFUNDS
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least three (3) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
To ensure a smooth refund process, please record an unboxing video before using the product. In case of any issues, this video will be essential. Thank you for your cooperation.
